The cats are being supercute too. Snugglies! Apparently it’s pet spam day here. 
Ok seriously animals? Does everyone need to snuggle right now? I mean it’s frakking adorable and all, but I was working on something.

And since I’m spamming you with pet pictures anyway… this is my favorite picture of Elliott ever. (He’s listening to Nina Simone: Live in Paris, Disc 1 for all you vinyl-loving tumblrites) (and I no longer have that amazing record player. I miss it!) 
… and an absurdly cute baby picture of them for good measure. It’s helpful to remember they once looked like this when they are annoying the crap out of me. They’ve been holy terrors the last couple of nights. You know, with all the running and chasing invisible monsters, pouncing on my head… like they do.

See? Best writing buddy ever. The cats are the worst writing buddies ever. They want to snuggle on top of my notebook while I’m trying to write in it. Fail. Does anyone else feel like they find themselves saying “it’s not all about YOU!” to their cats way too often?
